Why does the formula include 150mg of caffeine?

The goal was to create a product that adhered to this guideline and took into consideration athletes may obtain additional caffeine from other outside sources. 1 servings provides more than enough power and energy for all athletes.
My skin is getting itchy and hot. Is this a normal reaction?
Yes, this reaction is called a Niacin flush. Some people are sensitive to elevated amounts of Niacin (vitamin B3). The flushing is a result of the niacin increasing blood flow near the skin. The itchiness is from the body releasing histamine (Histamine allows your body to send more blood, water, and nutrients to the areas that have signaled them). This feeling will go away after 15-20 minutes. It is also possible that this is a one-time reaction and the body may never experience it again.
To help build a tolerance, it is recommended that the athlete take Ideal Pump 20-30 minutes after a small meal. For athletes new to Ideal Pump, it is recommended to assess your tolerance by taking a 1/2 scoop.
